1. Claim an item only when you are 100% sure on buying the item. All items being sold are OFFICIAL.2. Since most items are onhand, the item will only be reserved to you once downpayment has been sent. For PAYO, payment should be made immediately after an OC has been sent, otherwise, it will be considered as DOP.3. Prices of the items that are not in mint condition could be negotiated. Kindly offer your price first before asking for the last price.4. Strictly no cancellations. Please be responsible. If the buyer insists on cancellation, the downpayment will be non-refundable.5. Please pay on the DOP stated. Delayed payments will be subjected with a fee of Php 20/day.6. Items posted can be negotiated to be checked-out using Shopee with the original price, but there would be a 10% additional charge on top of the price and packaging fee due to transaction fees.7. Winterbear's Cart will not be held liable for any damages or loss that may occur while the item is being shipped. Complaints should be filed to the courier's company directly. For SCO, parcel lost in transit will not be refunded.8. Please be patient especially if the item is pre-ordered or soon to be onhand.9. Local shipping fee (Non-COD) should be paid before shipping. Excess LSF paid will be refunded thru Gcash only.10. Shipping are scheduled on weekends (for SCO or GGX) or within 1-3 days (for LBC & J&T).
